I’m always looking for the edge in fishing. I try to be different. Articulated flies are the big things right now so; why not articulate jigs or flukes? I make a dressed articulated connector with streamer hair that breathes and undulates with the slightest movement. Or, for the “tackle tinkerer” get my tool bender and make your own for pennies.

Just add one to the front of your bait and you have animated the jig or fluke with this safety pin connector and you have created the fisherman's edge. It is easy to change the connector head or jig or fluke

Put more animation in your flukes or jigs. And as an added bonus and advantage to a articulated lure it is hard for a game fish to shake the hook out, no leverage. The coyote is a great color when using crawfish or frog colored flukes or jigs.
